Default "My intention is to" or "my intention is ...ing"

Hi:

A simple question in relation to verbs with ...to and verbs with ...ing:


Which would be the accurate expression in English:

My intention is to + verb.....

or

My intention is verb+ing........

The first one would be more accurate:
My intention is to walk to work every day
