Dear teachers,
Please I need an immediate help, I know that using possessive (S) with plurals nouns is as follows:
The boys' books.
We put just an apostrophe after the (s).
But what is the case with irregular plurals as: men, women.....
The men's trousers are grey. (This is the correct answer)
However, my son's teacher insists that we put (s) and an apostrophe after it like this :
The mens' trousers. (I think that this is a wrong answer).
Can anyone help me please to make sure that my answer is the correct one.
