I was advised by native speakers to compose my resume in the manner in which I avoid the personal pronoun "I":
Since 2003 - Worked with the law firm
1997-1999 - Employed by the bank
Hence my questions:
1) What happens to the form of verbs when I decide to use Present Simple in some items (i.e. should I write my resume in the third person "she"?):
Clerical skills - Has (or have?) a vast knowledge of working with text
2) Please specify the rules for using "with" in:
I would like to pursue a career with your firm
...a position of a librarian with the Metropolitan Library...

A typical resume avoids the use of any personal pronouns. It ends up sounding quite terse and abrupt, but that's the style:
Work History
1996-2000 Chemical Bank of New York
Originally hired as a teller, promoted to head teller in 1998. Was in charge of 14 employees and was responsible for ensuring the daily balance of all tills.
2000-present Meyer and Jacoby, Attorneys at Law
Administrative assistant. Responsibilites include managing office staff, maintaining office supplies, assisting in the preparation of legal documents, and mail processing.
Technical Skills
Computer literate, well versed in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint. Experience with mass mail programs and databases.
