how can i improve my english?

Ive been learning english by myself, but i think i´m stucked and need to go on a step ahead.
What do you recomend me to do?

So,,, you have fallen into a rut and you want to know how to get out of it..
I think there are two ways. The first one is to set a new goal. For example, earning a certificate will motivate you more to learn English.
The second way is to find someone to practice English with. Doing something alone is sometimes boring. However, if you have someone to do it together with, it's easier to keep your motivation, simply because it's fun!
