2. I'll do it as soon as I arrive.
no.1 is incorrect, because one side is future, and another side is past.
but no.2 is correct

The first isn't actually incorrect, though it may not seem very logical. The use of the present perfect puts more emphasis on the action being completed, that's all.![]()
