Unhappy No syllabus

Hi!

I'm teaching at a small centre in india at the moment and I'm finding it very hard. They are lacking in any qualified teachers and have not the money to buy into any kind of recognised school. I'm teraching all levels from extreme beginners to reasonably advanced but I have no kind of syllabus to work from and am new to this. Can anyone give me a hint as to what exactly I should be teaching and in what order? i would so grateful.

Thankyou, samx
