Verb: To Have

Hi,
I am a new English Teacher and am wondering the best way to go about teaching the Verb "Have". I will be teaching it to a class of Beginning Adults. I am wondering if it is best to only teach the tenses, or to go further into the verb because it is so large (ie have to).

If they are beginners, it might be better to break it down. Start with the present tense for, say, possession and actions and practise that first.
