Default preposition in or with

Could anyone tell me the correct preposition?
The preposition put into ( ) should be '' in'' or ''with'' ?

1. A lady ( ) long hair walked over to him.
2. A lady ( ) a red hairpiece walke over to him.
3. A lady ( ) a red dress walked over to him.

Thank you.

Mister Micawber san
I guess ,probably, #1 is [with] , both #2 and #3 are [in].
But I'm not 100% sure , so this is why I asked here.

In carries the same meaning as it does in phrases like in the box, in the building, in the center-- some kind of surrounding 'structure' is implied.

For me, it can only be with long hair, with a red hairpiece, and in a red dress. Only the dress in any sense 'encloses' her. However, there may be those who accept in a hairpiece, as it approaches the image of in a hat.

That is possible but unusual; the usual collocation is 'in haste'. You can also use 'the work was done hastily'. More commonly: 'the work was done in a hurry/rush'.
