Default adverbial or object after "that"?

Is it incorrect to place an adverbial or object after "that", like in these? :

"I told him that while I was eating dinner, they arrived."
"I said that this morning, I went to the store."
"You know that many things, I can't do."

Does "You know that many words, I don't understand." still sound strange?
