The Republican culture warriors had a field day, portraying Hillary as a "militant feminist lawyer" who would be the idiological leader of "Clinton-Clinton Administration" that would push a "radical feminist" agenda.

I get it as "Administration run by Mr and Ms Clinton" or "Administration run by Clinton and Hillary."
Am I on the right track?

Yes- instead of just having Bill Clinton as president with his wife as a first lady, not involved in politics, you'd get the two of them.
