Re: None of my friend/friends has/have Hello Bash
For #1 you can say:
1a. None of my friends lives in America.
1b. None of my friends live in America.
Some native speakers dislike the use of a plural verb with "none", as in 1b. However, in some kinds of English – British, for instance – it's very common.
For #2, these are correct:
2a. What do you look like?
2b. Whom do you resemble?
There is a difference, though: 2a means "what thing do you look like?", whereas 2b means "what person do you look like?".

PS: Rather than "Your suggestions will be highly appreciable", you would say "Your suggestions will be greatly appreciated". |
