A past participle is basically used in three ways:
1 Have + Past Participle
This is used for the present, past, future and conditional perfect:
I have finished
I had finished
etc.
2 Be + Past Participle
This is used in the various teses and forms for the Passive:
My money was stolen
It will be finished tomorrow
3 As an adjective
The stolen money
