Default "any" with adjectives, relative clauses, and prepositional phrases?

I know that "any" cannot be used before negation or without negation in a declarative sentence, but is it correct if "any" has something to modify it?

like these:

"I did [anything I could do.]"
"[Anyone without a...] cannot..."
"[Any wise person] will not..."
