Default Can you give me some advice about practise listening ?

I am fresh of learning English. I have some difficulties in listening. I listen VOA special English every day , but I can not understand all of them. This make me boring .Sometimes I do some dictation , I do not think the speed is fast , but I can not write the information. Can you give me some advice about practise listening ? Thank you.

Try elllo.org, which has listening texts for students that you might find easier.
