| skim is a useful work when you want to find a spcefic thing in a long text but i don't think if it has a negative aspect or not. |

| wow!!!!!!!!! sorry.I goofed. it is negative. it means giving s.th less than proper amount, in a stingy way. it is used when s.b wants to behave economically, but he behaves like stingy ones Again sorry for the first post. |
