    Smile please help me explain the meanging

    Hello:
    I just can not understand what does "mind act upon mind"mean.Does it mean " do it as you said" .I am not very clear about it .Can you help me?Thank you!

    It's not an expression I am familiar with, but it sounds as if it means that one person can influence another.
