differences

Hello there...

what are the differences between these two sentences?

1."Blocked users........"
2."Users blocked........"

The 2nd one, mean users blocked something in the past or in present tense but in passive format . (users are blocked). Are is hidden. Am i right?

But the 1st one, i do not understand what does it mean. could someone explain to me, please?

"blocked users" well,sounds like "users that are blocked" ("blocked here is an adjective with "passive" meaning)

"users blocked something" oh,I didn't find any passive form in this sentence,I think it's in active form,right? (correct me if I'm wrong)

You're right, Hector- blocked users would be people who have been banned, while users blocked would mean that the users stopped something from happening.

He or she converted Chinese(mandarin) to English. Why always you three mean why always 3 of us(hector,kahhog and tdol) appear in post.

Present and past participles can be used as adjectives- when we say it's an interesting film, we are using it as an adjective not a verb.
