Re: Spoken English??? Well, you should always remember that when you're talking in a foreign language, you're doing the hard work, so you shouldn't feel disadvataged by lacking fluency. Also, concentrate on getting your message across- that is what really matters, more so than getting your grammar perfect. I unsderstand your frustration as I am learning an Asian language and find that my vocabulary is very limited and if I don't know a word it can be very hard to express that idea, but the only way to improve is to keep trying. Sometimes in class I just cannot explain myself and I feel frustrated, but at others I find I can do surprisingly complex things with few language resources. Learning to make the most of what language resources you have is very important- work on that. |
