Priority could be "high" or "low", but could priority be "middle"? Like, the priority of this assignment is "middle"? Thanks a lot!

Hi Emily

The word priority is used to give specific attention to something, so therefore we use it to show something is of high or low importance. We don't use it for 'middle' because this is standard, regular...it's not specifically high or low so we don't need to give it special attention. Hope this helps

This is a medium priority assignment.

The sentence "In addition to biking, I jog" implies a priority of activities.

Security takes priority over individual rights.
