Hi!Could you kindly tell me if my translation of the term "legal contract" is correct?The text:"legal or valid contract: The actual significance of this phrase is that both parties to the contract must conform to the legal nature of the contract by accepting the religious rules and the customary practice."My translation in italian: " Il reale significato di questa espressione è che entrambe le parti del contratto devono conformarsi alla natura lvincolante del contratto accettandone le regole religiose e le pratiche consuetudinarie". To me, the word 'legal' could be unnecessary- a contract is a legal document; if not, it has no force. However, most contracts don't carry a religious element, so you could go the other way and say 'legally binding'.
