How often should we use "and" , "a , an" ?

There's no simple numerical answer to that- we should use them when we need them. If you just mean 'how should we use them', use 'and' to join words and clauses and usa 'a' before a consonant sound and 'an' before a vowel sound when you are talking about a singular contable noun in a general way.
