Is it fine the sentence "I wonder if it is possible to have a training report sheet template, as I have just realized I run out."?

Or should I say at the end of the sentence, "I run out of them"?

"I wonder if it is (at all) possible to get a training report template, as I have just (now) realized (that) I've (just now) run out (of them)."

present: run
past: ran
perfect: have run

I'd agree with Cas on using the present perfect as it links the running-out to the present and has current importance.
