So would you please , teachers , help me
What do these sentences mean :
1-Daoud(name) would not be drawn on the timing of Falluja offensive if the city did not hand over militants led by Al-Zarqawi
2-The latest deaths bring the overall toll since the September 2000 to 4495 .
What does ( overall toll ) means ?
