Hi can anyone please proofread my roles&resonsibilities and risk management document? http://www.webpost.net/sh/Shaorin/Roll.doc . Any suggestion for these documents to make it longer would be helpful

Who’s responsible for what?- this is OK if you weant to be informal, but the title suggests it anyway
incharge- two words
togehter- typo
flowchart to tell - show/explain/'clarify
design the slicks, liaise - designing, liasing
– Is supose to provide - is to provide
the ingredients if fresh- check the ingredients are fresh
to check all the files if there are any corrupted files- check that there are no corrupted files
pen drive- what's this? memory stick?
