Shall any one help me in this , please

I am kinda new hear in this site but not that new english learner , but, I'd like tp improve my language which includes conversating too .. so I am just a little bit confused, how do I start .Should I begin with vocab. or grammar lessons ?.. meaning what's the best step I should take..Please help , I am so keen on learing this langauge and I want to have to full advantage of this site (Many Thanks to the whole stuff )

It's hard to say which is more important- you need both. Why not try a bot of both. However, as important as both of them is simply communicating and using the language you have and developing that ability.
