Hemoglobin, Heamoglobin
jism, body
mein, in the heart, in the chest
kahain, 'hain' means, uneasy, anxiety; ease, rest / ka- is a particle
paya, ?
jata, emphasize
hey, much?

Here's an online Urdu dictionary. Good luck.

Try here: Language Resources

Scroll down to "Urdu Resources". If the selection doesn't have what you're looking for, try contacting some of the people on the sites listed.

There's also this site: New Free Urdu e-books Awaz Sayeed's short stories. But I can't get the link to work so I don't know if it has an English translation part to it.

All the best, and good luck with your search.
