If he wants to go out with his friends , that is fine. But when he starts coming home after 11:00 a.m ,that is where I draw the line.
Here , what is the meaning of the phrase draw the line? thank you

Wangyunkaity, it's a good idea to use different titles in messages. If people see several messages with the same title, they might think you have posted the same things several times and not open them.
