It really depends on what comes next. Without more context it's difificult to say- it could be with or without:
The movie is about Roger and Adam, the two Americans that murdered the president. (specific Americans that would be known to the reader, though less likely a first names are used)
The movie is about Roger and Adam,two Americans that find themselves getting more than the bargained for when the travel to... (just two Americans with these names)
