Fact or Facts

In the following sentence, should I use "fact" or "facts?" It seems to me that I should use "facts," but it sounds a bit funny with the "s." Please help; thanks.
Any concern for the extension of an unsecured credit is mitigated by the fact that the company has been in business for over 30 years, that the company has long been a well-performing borrower, and that the Loan Officer has personally known the owner of the company for 18 years.

Any concern for the extension of an unsecured credit is mitigated by the following (facts), the company has been in business for over 30 years, it has long been a well-performing borrower, and the Loan Officer has personally known the owner of the company for 18 years.

'facts' need not be stated at all.
