    Today I realize it is a long process to make me well understand English.

    Today I realize it will take too much time to master English.

    I realise it is a a long process for me to understand English well. (Is 'today' necessary since you are using present tense?)

    I realise it will take much time for me to master English.

    To me, the past tense or the present perfect would make more sense in both sentences. In the second I'd use 'too long' instead of 'too much time'.
