No difference I think, just that 'jump at'(an opportunity usually) is more commonly used.

For my opinion, these verbs are difficult in some way///
Leap at - you use,
when, for example, you can not find any opportunities to do something,and suddenly you have one and you leap at
jump at
you see your friend,whom you have not visited for several years, and you very glad to see him/her and you jump at///
BUT
in figurative sense/meaning jump at and leap at have the same meaning
