"I will inform you if there is any news" is the correct form.
'News' is a noun considered to be indivisible, and so singular.

Hi!
News is an uncountable noun and takes only singular verb in this situation, but if you say :
"There are more pieces of news that I`ve ever read in this paper"..
you can use plural verbs
so,
news + singular
pieces of news/items of news + plural verb
ex. a piece of news[or, news] was/is, etc....
more pieces of news were/are, etc.......
