    Unhappy When and How can I use mixed conditionals?

    hi there!
    well, I am a little confused with the mixed conditional tense.
    I can not recognize when I have to use it.
    is there anyone who could help me, please?

    Here's one the most common, mixing the 3rd and the 2nd:
    Past action + present result
    The past action starts us off with the third conditional, but the present result requires the second:
    If you hadn't asked the question, I wouldn't be answering it now.
    (past action- you did ask the question) (present result I am answering it)
