How to improve this letter?

How can I improve the following letter:

This has reference to the Door Mat stock we require for Delhi sales. At present, we have no stock of Door Mat # 12 and # 24, while the other two numbers (Door Mat # 16 & # 18) are also not sufficient for this month sales.
