It's difficult to place it exactly- rather good can be used in a way similar to fairly or as a stronger form, depending on the emphasis in speech.

Could you give us an example? The previous examples do not show the adjective good between two words, and the last example, Good! is not the same as good. ;-)

To me, spoon,
Good! is stronger than Farily good and Pretty good.
Good is the same as Farily good but weaker than Pretty good.
