Default TO, IN ORDER TO, AND. Any difference? The usage of commas as well.

Hello! How are you? Thanks in advance!

Can I use all of them and mean the same thing?

I shall open the box 'TO' see if itīs true what youīre saying.
I shall open the box 'IN ORDER TO' see if itīs true what youīre
saying
I shall open the box 'AND' see if itīs true what youīre saying.

2.- You donīt go to that club īcause
the music played, you say, is too loud.

Is it correct to use that "you say" between
commas? We can use it in Spanish, but I donīt know if thatīs correct
in English.

Thank you very much!
