Default enjoy every day

As we know ,we inevitably have some worries about something happening around.But we want to enjoy ourselves, which is our wishes.
we will not give up our dreams.
How do you do to get rid of unhappiness.

Unhappiness is only a state of mind that passes away in no time if you think of so many worries that ovewhelm people around the world : hunger, diseases, wars, etc.
Try some music or go out with friends.
