    Arrow mean and meant?

    how to use these properly? (mean and meant)

    “meant” is the past tense of the verb “mean”. Did you mean to say that you truly loved your ex-boyfriend? Yes, I did. He meant so much to me.

    so you mean these are the same with learn and learnt?

    learn is the present tense?
    and learnt is the past tense?
