Hi!
I want to ask if what does it means in Idioms these are the following.
1. Dreams of staying in a pad than in a lodging house.
2. Thinks that those who joined in a frat war are nuts.

Default Re: Idioms

A pad is a home, so the person would prefer a house or apartment to lodgings, though as it is a dream, they probably can't afford it.
Frat = fraternity, so people who joined in rivalry between fraternities are crazy
