The adverb TOO and a way of meaning the same thing. Hi! How is it going? Thanks in advance!
E.X. You are victims too.
1.- Can I drop the verb "to be" and use the sentence this way to
mean they are victims (in a figurative sense) as well?
E.X. You! Victims too!.
2.- I am not sure of the adverb too. Is it used correctly here?

Only in spoken or casually written context. Too is appropriate. Your exclamation marks are beside the point, and carry information not in the original statement.
