Comma help...
"But Rees - unbeaten in eight years as a pro, remember - sees this as a golden opportunity to make up for lost time and continue a memorable year so far for Newbridge."
Question: is the comma after "EIGHT YEARS AS A PRO" correct, and if so would it also be correct to write:
"But Rees - unbeaten, remember - sees this as a golden opportunity to make up for lost time and continue a memorable year so far for Newbridge."
I'm a bit hung up on this.

Re: Comma help...
I'd use the comma- it helps separate the information (being unbeaten) from the instruction (remember).
