Hello teachers,
I would like to know the difference between "provide something" and "provide for something."Thank you!
I look forward to your reply,
Mariela
When you provide something, you give something new to a situation. For example: I provided the wine for the dinner party.
When you provide for something, you prepare for it. For example: I provided for the weather by bringing my umbrella
