Default Writing a test in EFL situation

How are you?
First, could you recommend articles about how to make multiple choice test items?
Second, I'd like to know the term "adaptability" when you create "evaluative" question. How can you write evaluative questions using ""adaptability" in multiple choice type? If possible, could I get those sample test items?
Regards,
Pam
