Research on Language Centres Quality Standards

Hello there! Does anyone know or are interested on doing some research about the parameters a language centre should offer to grant quality in teaching, learning, etc. in language centres? Interested? Please answer here or .

I'm not exactly sure what you mean by research; have you checked out the peopel who currently measure this, like http://www.arels.org.uk ?
