Default Adjectives doubts

hi ,
i have some doubts in adjectives.

1)what r predicative adjectives?
2) This one is the writer's best book.
This one is the best book of the writer.

which sentence is correct in the point of view of adjective?

3)when the adjectives are placed after the nouns?
4) when 'Many A' adjective is used?
