Smile verb that requires object and complement?

I am not sure if i have to add to be, for example,
i think him a good teacher or i think him to be a good teacher.
i belive him a good teacher or i belive him to be a good teacher.
i consider him a good teacher or i consider him to be a good teacher.

what about the following sentences?
I think him honest or i think him to be honest.
i belive him honest or i belive him to be honest.

lastly, can i say like this?

I saw him scolded by his parents. does it make sense?

Again I am looking forward to seeing your response. Thanks always!!!!!!!!!!
