It depends on the individual- some people learn languages much faster than others. Are you taking classes? How much are you studying? Do you use English at work?

yes i work in a gasstaion and I use english but am not fluent speaking english. am not taking class but am studing grammer. does grammer help speak english. engish is hard for me because i did'nt in usa. it's seems so hard for me to think in my language and say it in engish when i talk to people.

You have to break the habit of trying to translate from your language into English if you want to attain a high level of fluency. How much reading do you do? the more reading you do, the more you will expose yourself to language, which you will absorb. Just studying grammar alone is not enough-m you need vocabulary and the ability to put it into use. get reading.

As Tdol said, reading is helpful. The point is to try not to use your-native-language dictionary. You should try to figure out the meaning of words from the context; if necessary, you may use English-English dictionary. Recently I have found it really helpful. What I, as a foreign English speaker, find very helpful is writing. Of course, you need someone to check your writing. But writing is very helpful--you pay attention to each word as well as to a general sentence structure. Writing is good for!
