Introductory Debating Books

Hi,

I'm looking for a book about debating skills to work through with school chioldren. I want a step-by-step training for young children. It will be nice if they have topics with questions and procedures to help children to debate in an informal manner because English is not their first language. Can anyone recommend nything which fits this bill. Any recommendations would be grately appreciated.
