The truth is that I did not know about it.[ truth]
The beautiful is one of the most aesthetic categories[the beautiful]
His experience was at a high level when he got the job.[experience]
Illuminism is a literary current.[illuminism]
He gave me some important advice... But: [ I have got more pieces of advice I had expected]
The information he received , helped him a lot.
Mathematics is an exact science.. BUT [ His mathematics are weak--knowledge]
Measles is a contagious disease.[measles]
The furniture I bought is splendid... BUT [ I bought more pieces of furniture..]
Billiards is a game[billiards]

other abstract nouns : love, hatred, pity, mercy, help, work, reading, expectation, chess, tennis, football, rugby, cricket, handball, knowledge, money, news, hair, childhood, neighbourhood, the fantastic, the sublime,...

For more information you should search this site or the web, because there are situations in which some of these nouns can be used either in the singular or in the plural[ it depends on the context you use them or on the nouns themselves]

ex. writing is used either in the singular[ His writing was good] or in the plural[ Shakespeare`s writings..]
Other nouns can take a quantifier :
Advice is.. BUT More pieces of advice are...
News is... BUT More pieces of news are...

All the best,

And you should also do you own homework and not expect others to do it for you.
