III/ Company offers the prize of 000 for the best lecture to support education OR
Company will award a prize of 000 to the best lecture for supporting education

IV/ Registration fee and accomodation will be reimbursed by the principal sponsor

...will be paid by the general sponsor

V/ Products that are developed based on knowledge originating in discussion and consultations with leading specialists.
OR
Products, which have been developed through cooperative discussions and consultations with elite specialists

4 It depends on whether the people have to pay first, then claim (reimburse) or don't pay
5 The second sound better to me, but it isn't a complete sentence (no main verb)
